BIOGRAPHY

Scott Setterberg is a commercial, headshot, and fine art photographer born in Pasco, Washington.  He received an Associate of Arts Degree from Columbia Basin College, and two years later, earned an A.A.S. Degree in Photography from Spokane Falls.  A year later, he relocated to Seattle, and shot images for brochures and catalogs as well as headshots for actors.  After four years, Scott moved to Santa Monica, California and started working in the film industry.  This experience provided new insight and helped Scott’s headshot photography become more natural.  His images consistently capture the essence of the individual with remarkable ease.

Scott's stunning commercial photography is genuine and polished, and he enjoys working one-on-one with small business owners.  Clients include: Armstrong Clarinets, Chain Gang Clothing, Columbia Winery, Euro Cuisine, Let’s Party, Macy’s, Modern Outdoor Designs, Nordstrom, Spokane Masonic Center, Suzuki, Vikki Smyth, Inc., and Washington Apples.

In 2002, Scott began exhibiting his fine art photographs at galleries and art shows throughout California. That same year, he received two awards: Second Place at the Los Angeles County New Photography Exhibition and Honorable Mention at the SMC Photography Competition.  Regardless of subject matter, Scott's fine art images are saturated with rich color and contrast and bestow tremendous texture upon the viewer.
